Reporting a bug

To get it fixed fastest, include:

What you did — the screen you were on and the steps that led to it.
What happened vs. what you expected.
A screenshot or screen recording if you can — it's worth a thousand words.
Your iPhone model + iOS version (Settings → General → About).
The cuemark build number (Settings → scroll to the bottom of the app).

Common questions

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes — email hello@cuemarkapp.com from the address on file and everything is wiped within 7 days. See the Privacy Policy.

A showtime was wrong.

Showtimes are best-effort and aggregated from third parties. The theater's own confirmation is always authoritative. If you spot a consistent error, tell us which theater and we'll look.

My theater isn't listed.

Use the "don't see your theater?" form in the app, or email us — we add coverage in batches.
